It’s booty day — you know the drill. For this workout, we are challenging you to go a little bit heavier than normal. You’ll be using a barbell for most of the exercises — try to perform these exercises in front of mirror so that you can make sure you are in proper form. After each weighted booty exercise, you’ll get right into a *cardio* exercise ++ THEN you’ll take 30 seconds rest. Get ready ta SWEAT.
