PRE-MADE OATMEAL MIX
Oatmeal is already a quick breakfast food, but why not make it easier + faster by having it pre-made the night before? Add all the ingredients into plastic baggies + store away. In the morning, put the ingredients in a bowl, add milk or water, + put in the microwave.
FRUIT BAGS FOR SMOOTHIES
Take a plastic baggie + add pre-measured fruit + any other ingredients you need for your smoothie other than the liquid. In the AM, add the ingredients from the pre-made bag + milk or water, ++ blend. Pour the smoothie into a to-go bottle + conquer the day! The process is even quicker if you have a personal blender [great for dorm room eats too!] because the bottle you blend it into converts into a bottle you can drink from. No stress + no mess!
