++ this summer is going to be all about adventure, positive energy, meeting new people... ++ of course, lots of sweat. ; ) Whether you are just hearing about CHAARG for the first time or you’ve been #inCHAARG for years -- we are inviting all of you to join us in the Summer of Sweat. It’s time to bring the *fun* back into living a happy + healthy lifestyle + truly enjoy the journey. Not to mention, we want to help you meet other girls who live the sweat life, just like you. There’s always that one summer that changes you. ++ I hope it’s this one. We are EXTREMELY excited to announce the details of our next FitPlan…
The CHAARG BOOTYCAMP is a 6 week interactive exercise program complete with daily sweat seshs Monday through Friday from our Trainer Matt at Share It Fitness, a CHAARGifed athleisure line that will make you feel like a fitionista, recipes for post sweat sesh eats, a CHAARG Summer of Sweat Bucket List to motivate you throughout your journey [+ opportunities to earn FitGear along the way!], ++ inspiration from 1500 [!!!] of your fellow CHAARG girls participating in the #CHAARGBOOTYCAMP with you, + best of all these next 6 weeks will help you...
FIND THE FUN IN LIVING A HAPPY + HEALTHY [+ SWEATY!] LIFE
INTERACTIVE ONLINE FITNESS PLATFORM — We are partnering with Share It Fitness to provide you with SIX weeks of workouts using their interactive online fitness platform. You will have your own personal page on the site where you can access the daily #CHAARGBOOTYCAMP workouts. All workouts come with video demos of each exercise. Modifications of exercises are available as well on request!
WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE — On Sundays, you will receive a #CHAARGBOOTYCAMP Newsletter with motivation for the week ahead! In addition, you will be able to view the entire week’s worth of workouts on Sunday, so that you can schedule your week without missing a #sweatsesh ; ).
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: ONE SET OF DUMBBELLS + JUMP ROPE + YOURSELF! — We know that it’s summer — which means that it’s the time of year for studying abroad, weekend getaways, ++ simply ENJOYING THE SUN [who wants to be stuck in an indoor gym when you can take your #sweatsesh outside?]. These workouts can be completed anywhere -- all you will need for this FitPlan is one set of dumbbells [5-15 lbs], a jump rope + YOURSELF [+ a yoga mat or towel — whichever you prefer!]. That’s it!
DUMBBELLS + BODYWEIGHT + HIIT CARDIO WORKOUTS — Workouts will vary Monday through Friday -- your typical schedule will be… Monday: Arms, Tuesday: Cardio, Wednesday: Booty, Thursday: Abs, Friday: Full Body. There will be a good mix of dumbbell workouts, body weight workouts + HIIT [high intensity interval training] cardio workouts. BEST OF ALL: All of these workouts will be 45 minutes or less to cater to your busy summer schedule. You'll have no excuse to miss a sweat sesh ; ).
The best part about these workouts is that you will be able to do them anywhere – you do not need access to a gym! All you need is one set of dumbbells [5-15 lbs], a jump rope + YOURSELF
EXTRA CREDIT CORE WORKOUTS -- You’ll be given 6 *extra credit* BURN OUTS [short + intense cardio//ab sweat seshes] to be completed at any time during this FitPlan. These workouts are for those who want a lil’ more #burn. : )
BONUS — 60 *BOLTS* IN 6 WEEKS — It’s kind of become a tradition to log *bolts* during FitPlans… so we want to keep the tradition alive ; ). Completing 60 Bolts In 6 Weeks is completely optional -- so do what feels best for your fitness level. For those of you who are completing the bolts -- add them to the end of your sweat sesh, do doubles [two workouts a day, bebe!], or log bolts on weekends... it's up to you! We will be giving you a Bolt Calendar so that you can easily log your bolts!
WHAT'S A FITPLAN WITHOUT FITGEAR? ; ) — We have a couple goodies in store for you! We as CHAARG girls are all fitionistas — fashion + fitness forward girls who enter our sweat seshes wearing what make us feel good + exit feeling even better. You can never have too much CHAARG gear ; ), so we created an entire CHAARG BOOTYCAMP Athleisure Line -- so you can rock the bolt everywhere you go! We will be releasing a new item every week [sneak peek of two of the items below!]. All girls who are registered CHAARG members for Fall 2016 by June 20 will receive 15% off + first dibs on all items in the CHAARG BOOTYCAMP Athleisure Line. Become a member here.

YES! THERE WILL BE A NUTRITION PORTION — A lot of you guys have been asking for more recipes [especially meals!], so we will be providing you with a post sweat sesh recipe each week. It can be tough to make sure you’re getting enough protein to fuel those killer workouts, so we made sure every recipe was protein-packed. You will receive these recipes in your Sunday Newsletter, so that you'll be fully prepared for the week ahead!
CHAARG SUMMER OF SWEAT BUCKET LIST! — As you guys know, this is the summer of sweat + adventure! We created a CHAARG Summer Of Sweat Bucket List filled with 37 adventures to complete during this FitPlan. Like the 60 Bolts In 6 Weeks, this is completely optional -- but it will add to your FitPlan experience should you wish to complete it ; ).
WEEKLY + GRAND PRIZE WINNERS -- We will be selecting winners every week who continually check-in with us + share their journey -- make sure to always tag @CHAARG + #CHAARGBOOTYCAMP! The weekly winners will receive a $50 giftcard to the CHAARG Shop ; ). ++ of COURSE, there will be two GRAND PRIZE WINNERS who will each receive a guaranteed spot to the CHAARG National Retreat [view video from last year's retreat here!] The winners will be based on her journey story + motivation//inspirational impact throughout the FitPlan!
