It’s not just your average day… today is a treat yo’self kinda day! Yup, you’ve worked hard all week + now it’s time for a delicious treat! But, who says dessert has to be unhealthy? We all know CHAARG girls loves their froyo, but sometimes they are full of added sugars//additives + no one wants that! Which is why I’ve got a super delicious//nutritious froyo recipe for ya [healthy froyo? — gimme.] ++ you only need about 4 ingredients + it’s so quick — it’s scary.
2-3 medium sized Bananas *frozen*
⅓ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tsp Honey
1 tbsp Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
1] Slice frozen bananas + place in food processor or blender. Blend until banana is in small pieces + slowly begin to add the almond milk. Blend until smooth//creamy.
3] Once the “FroYo” has reached an ice cream like consistency it’s ready to be served! Top with your favorite toppings! I topped mine with coconut chips + next time I am definitely going to add in some peanut or almond butter to make it even better!
*This recipe makes 3, 1 cup servings — store in a freezer safe container + save for later!*
