Although many of us have eaten avocados in straight-forward ways like right from the peel, there’s a huge selection of ways to *sneakily* add them in too. If you ask us, avocados can do no wrong [in any meal!]–
When you’re making your next smoothie, try adding avocados! A little goes a long way, ++ the fruit will make your smoothie extra creamy. They completely transform the texture to the point where they can make your smoothie taste as thick as a milkshake — but it’s up to you to add a little at a time + adjust. The viscosity is perfect for DIY smoothie bowls!
You can take your love for avocados to a whole new dimension by transforming it into sauce. Simply add the avocados, some water, shallots, + spices [go crazy!] to a blender + blend thoroughly. It’s simple + you can customize it to your liking, adding it to your pasta or next chicken dish!
3] SALAD DRESSING
Sliced or diced avocados are an awesome addition to your salad, but what about salad dressing?! Avocado salad dressing can be made in the same way that you’d make your sauce, but depending on your preferences, you may desire a different consistency. Either add water to make it thinner, or add more avocados to make your dressing a bit thicker.

Avocados are technically fruits, so don’t be afraid of including them in desserts! Avocado chocolate pudding doesn’t require many ingredients or tools [only a blender + the patience to wait to devour it while it’s chilling in the fridge.. ; )]. All in all, It’s incredibly easy + serves as a delicious way to satisfy your sweet tooth!
The trick to making deliciously moist brownies is replacing the butter with your avocados! Your body is nourished from the fats, ++ your brownies get even fudgier — yes please!
