Being apart of the CHAARG community is so special because not only do we strive to be the healthiest version of ourselves, but we also strive to be the happiest version of ourselves. Happiness is our goal, our mission, our focus – it’s what gets all of us CHAARG girls out of bed + out the door every morning. What we all face as a challenge is how to gain, or create that happiness. CHAARG wants everyone to capture happiness continuously throughout your day, week, + month – not the type that peaks then quickly vanishes.
Our hope is for every member on a campus, or virtually, can find the continuous happiness we wish for you. If you have been feeling like you need to refresh your focus on your happiness, then commit to 26 days to becoming a happier you.
